Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of amcacademy.org and the math competition coaching services offered by AMC Academy ("AMC Academy," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, submitting a form, booking a call, or enrolling a student, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Our Services

AMC Academy provides coaching for students preparing for math competitions such as the AMC 8, AMC 10, and AMC 12. Applications are completed by a parent or guardian. Submitting an application or booking a call does not guarantee a place in the program. Spots are limited.

Bookings & Rescheduling

Consultations, evaluations, and coaching sessions are scheduled through our online booking tool. You can reschedule using the link in your confirmation message or by contacting us. Please give as much notice as you can so another family can use the time.

Payments

Fees, billing schedules, and payment methods are explained to you before you enroll. Payments are handled by our payment providers. Any refund or cancellation arrangement will be agreed with you in writing at the time of enrollment.

SMS Terms

Program name: AMC Academy Booking Notifications.

Program description: AMC Academy sends text messages to parents and guardians who have submitted our application form. The messages are about their application and booking: booking confirmations, session reminders, and links to reschedule. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.

How you opt in: You opt in by entering your mobile phone number on our application form at forms.amcacademy.org and ticking the required checkbox that says you agree to receive text messages from AMC Academy. The opt-in step is shown at amcacademy.org/sms-consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You will receive up to 6 messages per booking, and no more than 10 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier about your plan.

How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. We will send one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no more text messages from us. You can opt back in at any time by replying START.

Supported carriers: The program works with major US carriers. Carriers and AMC Academy are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and text opt-in information are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable Use

Please do not misuse our website or services, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or submit false information. We may stop providing services to anyone who does.

Limits of Liability

We work hard to provide quality coaching, but we cannot guarantee particular contest scores or results. To the extent allowed by law, AMC Academy is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of our website or services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
